Cinco De Mayo Rehearsal

All students:

Our final installment is past due. If you have not paid it, please pay it ASAP.

Here is our schedule for the rest of the semester:

May 5th Rehearsal at normal time

May 12th No rehearsal

May 19th Concert Day

Here are a few reminders for our concert day on 5/19

Concert day rehearsal times:

HS 2:00 - 4:00 in MAC

MS 4:00 - 5:30 in MAC

5:30 - MS snack break (snack provided by WGW)

5:45 - HS report time

6:00 - MS concert

6:45 - HS concert

Location:

The MAC is the theater on campus where our concerts are housed.

Materials to Bring: Instrument, Music, PENCIL for rehearsal, extra reeds, valve oil, etc

Concert Uniform: Concert black make sure you are “covered elbows to ankles”.

Middle School Division: Next rehearsal May 5th from 1:45 p.m. to 4:00 p.m

High School Division: Next rehearsal May 5th from 2:15 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Students can arrive at 1:45 to write in recording notes
Percussionists need to arrive by 2:00 PM at the latest to make sure that everything is set up correctly.
Please address any spots identified in rehearsal, particularly in Blue shades
