Spring Concert On Sunday. Adapted Schedule

We are excited to present our Spring Concert, this Sunday. Pleas pay special attention to the schedule below as it is different from a typical Sunday.

Spring Concert Schedule March 30th

• Location: Mabry Arts Center @ Carrollton High Schools, Carrollton Georgia

• Schedule:

  • 2:00-3:00 PM Middle School rehearsal on stage

  • 3:00-4:00 PM High School rehearsal

    • snack break for middle school

  • 4:00 -4:45 PM Middle School Concert

  • 4:45- 5:00 M High School Winds Warm up-Set up

  • 5:00 PM- 6:00 PM High School Winds Concert

Uniform is "Concert Black"

• Black dress pants or long black skirt/dress

• Black formal top

  • Black dress shirt, sweater, button up

• Black shoes

  • No tennis shoes, Crocs, or sandals

• Black socks if necessary

We will do our Raffle drawing at the end of the High School Concert and encourage you to continue selling leading up to Sunday!

 Below is a map of the Carrollton City Schools Campus. The high school will rehearse in the CHS Band room shown below. The middle school will rehearse in the Mabry Arts Center. Both concerts will occur in the Mabry Arts Center. Parking will be plentiful on Sunday.

Raffle Fundraiser

We are excited to give students an opportunity to raise money for WGA. The main incentive for this is to make it easier for students and families to pay their tuition. The remaining money that is fundraised will go into our general fund to continue paying our wonderful staff and purchasing music for our ensembles!

How it works:

• Students will share this link or the QR code with friends and family.

• Each tickets is $10 and will directly applied to the tuition of the student who sold it.

• For every 5 tickets that a student sells, they will have their name entered into a drawing for a $50 Amazon Gift Card.

  • One student from each division will win the gift card

• The grand prize for the Raffle ticket is a 65 inch Samsung 4k TV!

• The winners will have their names announced at the Spring concert on March 30th
